Class FAQ's:
1. Can I come in and audit a class?
Nope. The best way to see if aerial arts is for you is to get involved in a class and move with us! We do offer a special for first timers, your first class is only$10 so come in and give it a try!
2. What should I wear?
Leggings! Or joggers, or sweats in the colder months. Really whatever you need to be comfortable and move freely. Please avoid clothes that have dangly bits or metal as to not get trapped in the silks or damage them. Please come free of jewelry such as rings and earrings. If caught in the silks, they can injure you and damage our equipment.
3. Do you have water?
Yes, we sell bottles of water if you forget yours but we encourage you to bring a water bottle
4. Is there a changing area?
We have a bathroom and folks usually get changed in there
5. Is there Parking?
Yes, please use the fenced in parking lot on the corner or Euphrosine and S .Rendon, it belongs to our building

Youth Aerial Classes (beginner-advanced)
Welcome to all youth 7-17! Our youth classes offer a unique and well crafted aerial arts curriculum that builds skills from level 1-4. Our program is self paced and allows every child the opportunity to progress at a comfortable pace for them as they build excitement, strength and skills in the air. Youth are welcome to explore silks, trapeze, and lyra. We offer a nurturing and encouraging environment to get kids moving and learning with peers.

Intro to Aerial Arts (beginner)
The place to start your aerial journey! Perfect for new beginners as well as more seasoned aerialists looking to develop foundational skills and aerial strength.
*No prerequisites required.
Lyra I (beginner)
Learn all things hoop in this fundamental skills class. Learn various mounts, beginner sequences, sits, laybacks, inversions, and more! A great way to start to understand how the hoop behaves and how to negotiates beautiful shapes and sequences with your body.
*No prerequisites required
Intro to Aerial Pole (beginner to advanced)
The only flying pole class offered in New Orleans! Interested in pole? But want to swing and fly in suspended space? Come join us! This class has been carefully crafted to develop basic pole technique for newbies as well as challenge polerinas who are ready to be challenged and progress skills .
*No prerequisites required.
Mixed Hammock and Silks I/II (intermediate)
The next level of skills progression in fabric after Intro to Aerial Arts. We work in more complicated sequences and fabric techniques to develop choreography and endurance in the air.
*Prerequisites are comfortability climbing, foot knots in the air, inverting from the ground, and a 10 second bent arm hang.
Aerial Jam (intermediate/advanced)
The ultimate sampler class! A great way to experience multiple apparatuses and see what speaks to you. Classes typically revolve around a movement idea, shape or technique and we explore them in any combination of silks, sling, trapeze, lyra, and rope. This class is THE aerial theory class and is a great way to not only challenge your movement but deepen your understanding of aerial technique.
*Prerequisites include, ability to invert in the air, 10 second bent arm hang, climbs, and comfort safely working at higher heights.
Lyra II/III (intermediate/advanced)
The progression of hoop after confidently building a strong skills foundation. Sequencing continues with rolls, inversions, mounts, spinning, drops and more. This is a class for confident hoopers who are ready to build choreography and expand their hoop repertoire.
*Prerequisites include ability to invert in the air, comfort working in the top of the hoop, beats, and 10 sec. bent arm hang.
Aerial II/III (advanced)
For seasoned aerialists looking to be challenged in fabric. This class works in more complicated sequencing and experimental approaches to the fabric. This is a great class to push ones understanding of fabric theory and challenge the body and brain.
*Prerequisites are comfortability inverting in the air, 10 second bend arm hang, 20 second straight arm hang, familiarity with wraps and drops
